Shift Options:

• First Shift ($21/hr):
• Monday-Friday & Every Other Saturday 5AM-3:30PM CST
• Second Shift ($21/hr + $2/hr shift differential - $23/hr):
• Option 1: Monday-Friday & Every Other Saturday 4PM-12:30AM CST
• Option 2: Monday - Friday & Every Other Saturday 4PM-2:30AM CST

Location Options:

• First Shift: Darien, WI or Beloit, WI
• Second Shift: Darien, WI

Assembler Position Overview:
The Assembler position with Medix is a 3 month contract to hire position with a large engine and generator manufacturer with facilities in Darien and Beloit, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling large generators and enclosure systems that are used for backup power at places such as hospitals and data centers. There will be a 3 week training program that you will automatically be enrolled in starting your first day where you will learn how to assemble the units from ground up using hand and power tools. Work will require you to climb on ladders, use scissor lifts, work with insulation and wear protective PPE (such as Steel Toed Boots) at all times.
