Job description

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician, where you'll play a key role in supporting GMP Fill Finish manufacturing processes for small molecule biologics. You will be involved in the aseptic production and filling of pharmaceutical products for clinical and commercial use.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete aseptic qualification training and gowning qualifications.
  • Follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation per cGMP and GDP standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational goals.
  • Support QC sampling, equipment validation, and preventive maintenance.
  • Participate in process improvements and assist in investigations of deviations.
  • Maintain cleanroom standards and perform aseptic connections.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of experience; additional experience and higher degree eligible for higher levels when hired on.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, aseptic filling, and production processes.
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to be fully gowned in a clean room enviornment for duration of shift.
  • Willingness to travel between facilities infrequently.
