AR Representative

Join our team as an AR Representative!

Schedule/Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Day to Day:
-Responsible for following up in EPIC on physician claims and working with the payers. (Need to have experience doing true follow up as it helps to know what questions to ask the payers.)
- Responsible for following up with insurance payers through the EPIC portal as well as phone calls
- Metrics: Handling 60 invoices a day
- Handling denials and no response claims
- Helping with any additional projects that come the team's way
- Communicate with both payers and patients

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
- More than 1 year of experience in Physician AR Follow Up Experience (contacting payers via payer websites and over the phone)
- More than 1 year of Denials Experience
- Proficient in using computer systems including but not limited to: EPIC, Microsoft Office, Excel most importantly, payer websites

Nice to Have Skills:
- EPIC Experience
