We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of physician AR follow up and denials experience

Location - Chicago, Illinois

After 5-6 months have the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule.

Salary - Starting at $17/hr based on experience

Day to Day:

• They will be responsible for following up in EPIC on physician claims and working with the payers.
• This individual will be responsible for following up with insurance payers through the EPIC portal as well as phone calls to
• Metrics: They will be responsible for handling 60 invoices a day.
• They will also be handling denials and no response claims.
• This individual will need to communicate with both payers and patients
• This individual must have physician follow up experience, as well as denials experience. For denials: this individual should be able to understand and work all types of denials of a medical claim

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
