Job description

Job Title: Aesthetics RN

Schedule/Shift: 9-6:, calmer pace (2-4 shifts per week)

Locations: Fresno County, CA

Pay: $45-49/hr

Overview

  • Adhere to protocols to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality aesthetic treatments.
  • Maintain and manage client records, photos, and information in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including understanding treatment indications and contraindications.
  • Perform daily tasks to enhance the client experience and optimize treatment results.
  • Accurately document follow-ups, records, and treatment outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
  • Clearly communicate realistic treatment outcomes and expectations.
  • Demonstrate accountability in contributing to a positive studio culture and team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to achieve key performance goals.
  • Identify and discuss opportunities for upselling services with clients.
  • Participate in company learning and development programs.
  • Maintain studio upkeep, including light cleaning tasks.
  • Uphold and represent the brand, mission, and values of the company
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks to support business operations.
  • Ensure licensing credentials remain current (if applicable).

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

  • Must have one of the following certifications: Registered Nursing License, BSN or ASN, BLS or ACLS certification
  • Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • EMR system experience.
  • Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
  • High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
