Admissions Coordinator

Medix is hiring for an Admissions Coordinator for one of our Outpatient Rehabiliation Facilities in the Kansas City area!

Role Overview:

• Completes the Pre-Admission process including intake and registration
• Verifies and enters demographic and insurance information into database, obtain signatures on legal consents and insuance forms, and receive payments
• Identify patients/clients requiring pre-admission approvals from third party payers and verify approval/authorizations
• Answers departmental calls and answer inquiries of clients
• Schedule appointments and confirm appointments

Schedule: M-F 8:00-4:30

Location: Kansas City, MO 64108

Pay: $17-21/hr
