Job description

Medix is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a Healthcare Foundation in Englewood, NJ. This is a ~10 week contract assignment working on-site, Monday- Friday with the working hours of 8am - 4pm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support office and administrative tasks within the office.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
  • Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
  • Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong oral/ written communication skills
  • Can-do, friendly and polished demeanor
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Mail Merge, PowerPoint and some sort of a CRM Software Package)
  • Detail-oriented, a stickler about correct spelling and getting things done correctly


Monday-Friday, On-site

8am-4pm or 8:30am-4:30pm
