Accounts Receivable Specialist

Looking for 3 AR specialists to join a growing team supporting a hosptial system!

Location: MUST live in one of the following states:

• CO
• MA
• NC
• GA
• FL
• TN
• TX
• AZ
• KY

Role 1: Insurance Follow Up (Government Payers)

• Must have insurance follow up experience working with Medicare Advantage and traditional Medicare plans
• Strong hospital follow up experience required (UB-04) but will also handle outpatient claims as well (CMS-1500)

Role 2: Insurance Follow Up - Behavioral Health

• Traditional Medicaid experience required
• Medicare Advantage
• Mainly in-patient hospital claims with some light out-patient claims
• Substance abuse, psych, etc

Role 3: Biller - All Payers (Commercial & Government)

• Medicaire/Medicare Advantage and Commercial Claims
• Inpatient andoOutpatient claims
• Scrubbing claims, correcting edits, and getting claims out the door

Overview:

• Working 45 claims/day on average
• Volume depends on whether the claims are high or low dollar
• Working complex denials for all payers
• Processing appeals and denials
• No patient communication
• Working on UB-04 and 1500 claim forms
• EMR: Cerner

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (PST) - some flexibility here if needed

Pay: $18-20
