Applicants MUST have experience with collections within either the EPIC EMR system or NextGen EMR System.

Pay Range: $20-$22.50

Schedule: Must work either CST or MST hours (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Medical collections using payer portals and calling insurance companies
• Will need to speak to patients to pick up the phone to intake patient demographics OR to take a payment
• Working on 1500 claim forms
• Follow up on denials or underpayments

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare (professional) AR follow up
• MCD and Commercial experience
  • No medicare but medicaid
• NextGen or Epic experience
• Understanding EOB's
• Comfortable with outbound and inbound patient calls

Nice to have Skills:

• Women's Health experience
• MCD/MCO experience in CO, NM, IL, IA
