The Accounts Receivable Representative will be reporting directly to the Gastroenterology Practice Manager. We are looking for a full time A/R Specialist in a high-volume medical office in Newton, MA. Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to, maintaining the A/R, denials, appeals, follow up, collections daily. Client bills anywhere from $3 million to $5 million per month. Candidate will be responsible for handling a large portion of these bills.

Candidates will be expected to be onsite for their first 90 days with the opportunity to transfer to a hybrid format if the manager deems fit. Working hours are also flexible, must work 40 hours per week.

• 2-3 Years of Recent EPIC Experience
• 1-2 Years of Physician Billing Experience
• Experience handling Commercial Insurance
• Strong understanding of Gastrointestinal and Infusion departments
• Coding Experience (CPC is not Required)

• Strong Computer Skills
• Basic Customer Service Experience

Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hours can be flexible.
