What you'll do:
1. Payables
? Set up all new vendors for entire organization in compliance with internal policies
? Code invoices with correct GL codes conforming to standard procedures using in ENVI, Intacct and
AVIDX
? Attach to AP entries in Intacct corresponding incoming invoices with supporting documentation
? Ensure that all invoices are approved and have proper supporting documentation before payments are
made
? Investigate and resolve vendor/invoice discrepancies
? Processes invoices
? Assist with Interface process for credit cards activity into the GL monthly or as required
? Processes vendor payments weekly or as directed via manual checks or electronic payments platform
? Process patients refunds requests and payments
? Sets up wires, ACH, EFT payments using JPMorgan bank platform (or another bank platform as
necessary)
? Reconcile various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate
accounting standards
? Evaluate vendors aging status weekly/ make sure AP aging ties to the trial balance at any point in time
? Maintains vendors contract logs
? Year end 1099 MISC preparation and submission
? Validate positive pay file - bank to GL
? Quarterly evaluate outstanding checks and determine if a submission to the state is necessary for
unclaimed property
2. Reporting and Other:
? Assist with data requests for annual audit.
? Interact with division operating, sales, marketing, and executive management.
? Assist with monthly status reports and month end close
? Support management from various entities/ locations with special payables requests
? Assist manager with integration and ongoing activity of inventory system into the Sage/Intacct platform
(ties into AP activity)

? Assist manager with integration and ongoing activity of FAS module into Sage/ Intact platform (ties into
AP activity)
? Other duties as assigned.
