We are looking for a customer service focused individual to join our team as an A/R Specialist! No A/R or billing expereince required, just customer service!

Responsibilities:

• Manage A/R aged over 30 days and work with insurance or patient to resolve account balance.
• Identify and research overpayments and initiate refunds.
• Assist patients with billing questions.
• Process credit card payments.
• Other duties as assigned.
