• Strong Follow Up/Collections skills
• Technically savvy
• Great triage skills
• Knowledge of multiple payers
• Either Professional or Hospital experience- both is a bonus but not a requirement.
• Epic experience is desired but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Billing experience is a bonus as well.
