Brownsburg, IN 46112

Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Pay: $20-25/HR, based on experience

Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and validate purchased goods against purchase orders and shipping documents, manage paperwork, and execute necessary transactions. Stage and deliver received items to appropriate locations or personnel, notifying the relevant individuals as needed.
• Inspect incoming shipments for any signs of damage, quality issues, or quantity discrepancies. Document observations and inform supervising authorities, collaborating with the purchasing department to address quantity discrepancies against purchase orders.
• Assemble outgoing shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate with third-party carriers like UPS or FedEx for timely pick-up and delivery. Communicate tracking information to team members regarding shipment status.
• Assist with inventory transactions, including receiving, location assignment, and issuance of inventory items. Weigh and dispense raw materials when required.
• Maintain various records, files, and reports related to receiving, shipping, and warehouse inventories, following directives.
• Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles, utilizing hand tools as necessary. Conduct daily checks on equipment and coordinate with the engineering department for maintenance and repairs.
• Facilitate coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments as needed.
• Continuously expand job knowledge and contribute to identifying areas for improvement, supporting ongoing enhancement efforts.
• Adhere to cGMP, quality, and safety regulations, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse cleanliness.
• Fulfill other duties as required or assigned, in compliance with company policies and standards.
