About Us:

We are leading mental health organization dedicated to providing high-quality trauma therapy services to victims of power-based violence. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Trauma Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The Trauma Therapist will provide trauma therapy services to 20-24 clients, reporting directly to the Clinical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma therapy services to victims of power-based violence.
• Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of 20-24 clients, with a duration of 6 months per client.
• Collaborate with the intake coordinator for scheduling appointments.
• Refer clients to long-term therapy services when necessary.

Specifics:

• Location: Towson or Baltimore City (choose 1 of preference, no floating)

• Position Type: Full-Time

• Pay: 58,000 - 70,000 (depending on experience)

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) required.
• Experience in trauma therapy is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
