We are seeking a Switchboard Operator to join a reputable healthcare consulting organization located in Burr Ridge, IL!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and courteously
• Transfer calls to the appropriate destination
• Recognize emergency, life threatening, and high priority calls and situations, and respond rapidly according to prescribed procedures
• Provide paging services (overhead and 'beeper'), and messaging functions
• Address callers' concerns and provide correct information and directions

Schedule: 2nd Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements:

• STRONG Customer Service Skills
• COVID Vaccination
• Reliable and Punctual

Preferred Requirements:

• Call Center Experience
• Healthcare Experience
