Job description
Medix is currently hiring for a Medical Scribe for an ophthalmic clinic. This position will float to three different locations (all travel outside will be reimbursed outside of these locations).
If you have any scribe experience with retina or oncology APPLY TODAY!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for providing accurate documentation, summarization of the ocular examination and recommendations, ICD10 coding and CPT in patient charts, while maintaining patient flow and communication regarding appointment status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Minimum 6+ months scribe experience in a medical office setting
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
