Title: Psychiatric Technician

Hours: Combination of Day (7-3:30p) and Evening (3-11:30p) shifts totalling

- rotating weekend and holiday shifts

Pay: Based on Experience $18-$27/ hour with shift differentials

Experience: Open to training, ideally experience with mental health or pediatrics

Overview:

The Psychiatric Technician is responsible for the care of patients ages 4-18 y/o experiencing psychiatric/mental health disorders. Collaborates with a team in the observation, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care for the patients within the area assignment.

• Monitors child and adolsecent patients' daily functioning and assists in mental health symptom management
• Docuements interactions accordingly
• Provide a supportive and collaborative approach to intervention
• Work with care team members to ensure patient saftey goals are met and protocols are followed
