This position is full time 40 hours per week.

17-19.50 +Medical,vision,dental benefits & gas reimbursement
Need reliable transportation, vehicle insurance & a valid drivers license
- Aids participants with the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) that include: chores / light housekeeping and laundry, changing of bed linens, medication reminders, meal prep, grocery shopping
- ADL tasks may also include light assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming (participants will be able to perform most of the task by himself/herself)
- Report any changes to health status to RN that may be observed during visit (skin, weight, appetite, etc)
- 5-15 patients/day, typically about 30min-1 hr appointments, when Laundry is included then visits may be about 2 hours
