Job description
Overview
- Assist patients with filling out charity applications
- Presenting applications to CEO
- In person questions from patients, asking questions about their bill or eligibility
- Working closely with call center team (
- Making outbound calls to patients
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-2:30pm onsite, then work the rest 2.5 hours at home. (office closes at 2:30p) 8 hour days.
Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- Written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma
- Previous healthcare or finance experience major plus
