Patient Care Coordinator

Job Duties:

1. Performing patient registration
2. Collecting patient demographic information
3. Running insurance eligibility
4. Collecting patient co-pays

Shift/Hours:

• Variable days/shifts, facility is open 7 days per week. Will work an 8 hours shift between 7:30am-9:15pm. Need someone with open availability. Schedule will change week to week but will received schedule 2-4 weeks in advance.

Location: Primarily Walnut Creek but 25% of the time will be covering for other two locations (Pleasanton & Brentwood).

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:

• 1 Year of EMR/EHR experience (EPIC preferred)
• High School Diploma
• 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience
