Patient Care Coord

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spanish bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patientss. This is n ONISTE position and applicants must reside in nearby area.

Specific Duties:

Check patients in for their appointments
Collect copayments
Verify insurnaces
Answer incoming calls
Take patients back to the exam rooms
Take patients vitals

Must-Have Qualifications/:

Minimum of 1 year of front office experience in a healthcare office

Bilingual: Spanish/English

Work Schedule:

Shift Start/End Time: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Work Location:

ONSITE position; candidates must reside in nearby area to go into the Temple City office

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle a high volume of patients efficiently

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

Proficient in using relevant computer applications and systems
