Job description

Title: Patient Access Representative / Medical Front Desk
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73120
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: 15/hr + weekly pay + benefits
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in healthcare is not needed!
Job Description:
  • Facilitate all components of the patients' entrance into the facility.
  • Completing Patient Registration, including insurance verification and appointment scheduling.
  • Handling pre-certification and financial clearance including pre-visit collection.
  • Collecting accurate patient data.
  • Helping patients understand insurance benefits.
  • Educating patients on their financial responsibilities, discussing payment options and assistance, as necessary
  • Ensuring that the most accurate patient data/demographics are obtained and populated into the patient record.
Important Training Details:
  • Must be able to attend 2 weeks of onboarding/training from 7:45a-4:30p. Week 3 will be your scheduled shift.
