Job description

Job Title: Operations Manager - Pharmacy Production

Location: Aurora, CO

Relocation bonus of up to $10k!

Pay: Varies based on experience- $85,000-95,000 annual salary- open to discuss

Experience: Preferring pharmacy manufacturing experience or LTC experience

Preferred: Lean Six Sigma

Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as an Operations Manager, where you'll lead and drive excellence in our pharmacy production operations. You'll oversee team fulfillment, optimize workflow, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. If you're passionate about efficiency, leadership, and making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire effective teams within the pharmacy production area.
  • Implement and enhance core pharmacy processes for optimal performance.
  • Drive Lean initiatives and projects to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with compliance and courier services to meet logistic needs.
  • Champion the implementation of new technology and process improvements.
  • Safeguard production area and contents through security protocols.
  • Foster teamwork, morale, and loyalty among team members.

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills.
  • Prior experience in pharmacy or fulfillment operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
