Maintenance Technician

Brownsburg, IN 46112

Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Pay: $28-33/HR, based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in HVAC or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC maintenance, or related field is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine utilities inspections, including checking belts, bearings, and replacing handlers as needed.
  • Coordinate with HVAC manufacturers for outsourced maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Conduct light electrical maintenance tasks as required, such as replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
  • Assist in general facilities maintenance duties, including but not limited to plumbing repairs, carpentry, and painting.
  • Monitor and maintain utilities systems, including water, gas, and electricity, to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
