Medix Healthcare:
Insurance Verification Specialist / Insurance Benefit Coordinator
North Phoenix, AZ (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $18-$21/HR
*Must Haves To Apply*:
- 1+ Year Of Experience With Healthcare Insurances
- Exposure To Health Insurances / Medical Records
- Excellent Attention To Detail
Hiring ASAP
Duties:
- Chart Review of patient records to ensure all information is accurate
- Making adjustments to charts with missing or incorrect information
- Verifying insurance coverage for patients through all major plans (Mainly Medicare)
- Directly reaching out to insurance companies as needed to verify eligibility
- Some work with prior authorizations as needed
- Assist with all other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
