Distribution Clerk - Temp Contract

We are hiring for a Distribution Clerk to join our team in the Livingston, NJ area. We are seeking candidates who are a team player, organized, and someone who is both reliable and responsible. This is a temporary, 3 month contract at a large healthcare organization! Will be a great opportunity to grow experience in the healthcare field and get your foot in the door at one of the top facilities in the state!

Job Title: Distribution Clerk

Pay: $19-20/hr

Available Location(s): Livingston, NJ

Overview

• Practices and adheres to all department and organizational policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Assist the manager with identifying areas of improvement and create a plan to address them
• Maintains a working knowledge of all systems and equipment used in the department
• Supervises personnel functions for direct reports, including training to achieve maximum staff productivity using automated systems to reduce expenses
• Ensures direct reports are observing all organizational and department policies and procedures
• Ensures monthly Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded
• Performs monthly documented inspections and audits of all inventory areas managed by the supply chain
• Review procedural area booking sheets and schedule in advance to procure goods in a timely manner
• Responsible for the research, mitigation, and resolution of customer concerns and escalates when needed
• Responsible for identifying and reporting safety concerns, medical errors, device malfunction, and facility damage to walls, ceiling tiles, etc.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) experience in healthcare
• Ideally 1+ year(s) retail experience
• Customer service experience
• High school diploma
