Hiring 2 HYBRID Clinical Care RN Specialist's one in Bariatric and one in Spine!
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONE TO BE CONSIDERED**

Location: Hybrid onsite at Dallas location
Schedule: M-F 8-5pm onsite for training first 4- 6 weeks, 4 weeks classroom CA training, then 2 weeks hub zero - getting cases/working outbound calls, no inbound calls during training
After training, will work 3 days in office, will be at home Wed and Fri
Overview of Daily Duties (metrics, software): The goal of enhanced clinical care navigation is to better engage patients directly to support their selection of top-quality providers available through SurgeryPlus. Increase utilization of services and improve patient experience. Help members make informed decisions on choosing a surgeon.
- Scope of work: provider selection, consult, and procedure touchpoints, patient education to support informed decision making
