Job description

An Occupational Health & Primary Care Clinic in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Clinic Admin Coordinator.

This is an onsite, long term opportunity with a world-renowned Aviation company's internal clinic, treating employees for work-related injuries and illnesses.

Primary duties:

  • Scheduling patient appointments; notify employees and manager of appointments via email
  • Coordinate medical appointment with external facilities as requested
  • Interface with patients and other business partners at front desk, both in-person and via telephone
  • File records into hard copy medical record chart
  • Maintain hard copy medical charts in standard format
  • Release and transfer medical records in accordance with Boeing policy
  • Retrieve medical records from long-term storage
  • Inventory and order medical and office supplies
  • Reconcile and pay invoices for in-clinic and community services through a variety of systems (Ariba and other Boeing-specific systems) (Lab bill, drug bill, etc.)
  • Creates reports for clinic manager using Word and Excel
  • Other activities supporting on-site clinic that do not require clinical license / certification (e.g. weighing patients for screening program)
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous Administrative Support Experience in a Healthcare Setting
  • Customer Service Personality
  • Intermediate Understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Must be willing to undergo Background Check, Drug Screening, and Health Screenings upon hire
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Administrative Occupational Health Experience

Schedule/Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 3:30p (40 hours/week)

Pay: $17-23 per hour depending on experience

Benefits:

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
