Overview
Job Title: Phlebotomist
Locations: Multiple opportunities across the Phoenix AZ area including: Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Phoenix, Casa Grande and Apache Junction
Pay Range: $16-$23/hour (pay scale depending upon experience)
Mileage reimbursement for Float Phlebotomists
Schedule: Monday-Friday, varies 6am-6pm depending on location
Training: typically 2-5 days depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Draw blood from patients of all ages in a high-volume clinic
Will often draw 30 or more patients in a day
Provide excellent customer service to each patient
Will be working with test codes and patient demographic information and entering it into computerized laboratory system. Having a good comfort level with computers and navigating through different programs is essential for success
Required Qualifications:
Recent graduate of accredited phlebotomy program with successful externship
High school diploma / GED
Must be available to work from 6am-6pm Monday-Friday no exceptions
Preferred Qualifications (NOT required):
Phlebotomy diploma / certification
Phlebotomy experience
