Call Center PSR

Medix is urgently hiring for Patient Service Representatives to work in their call room. This opportunity is with an orthopedic clinic located in the Spring area.

If you have any experience answering phones in a medical setting APPLY TODAY!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Helping to handle overflow inbound calls and voicemails that the front desk can't handle
• May be asked to work front desk as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of answering phones in a medical setting
• High school Diploma
• Customer Service Background
• High level of professionalism

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
