Are you detail-oriented and ready to play a crucial role in the healthcare process? We are seeking an Authorization Specialist to ensure smooth surgical and diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Secure authorizations for surgical and radiology procedures.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain benefits details.
• Communicate with physician offices on authorization status.
• Collect payments for inpatient and ambulatory procedures.
• Provide estimates for hospital services before service.

Requirements:

• Availability for in-person work Monday to Friday.
• Working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in customer service.
• Epic experience is preferred.
• Significant insurance experience is preferred.
